He graduated from the University of Warsaw, the Faculty of Organization and Management, where he received his Master's degree in 1998. He completed a project management course organized by PMI in 2004 and a course on International Accounting Standards organized by Ernst & Young Academy of Business in 2005-2006.
In 1996-1998 he held the position of the Finance Director at Delta Software. In 1998-2003 he held the position of the Senior Manager at Veraudyt. In the years 2004-2006 he held the position of the Director of the Treasury Division in Softbank and was delegated to the subsidiary Sawan, where he held the position of the Vice President responsible for finance. From 2007 to June 2009 he was the Director of Controlling and Investment Division of Asseco Poland.
From 2008 to 2012, he was the Vice President of Asseco South Eastern Europe, responsible for the company's finances. He was directly involved in the acquisition of the companies constituting the Asseco South Eastern Europe holding and in the process of introducing the holding to the Warsaw Stock Exchange. From June 2012 to March 2021 he held the position of the Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland. He was the President of the Management Board of UNIZETO Technologies and the Member of the Management Board of Infovide-Matrix.
As the Chief Financial Officer of the Asseco Group he oversees the finances of the Group’s companies. He is the President of the Management Board of Asseco Enterprise Solutions and the Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Western Europe, the Member of the Board of Directors of Formula Systems, and the Member of the Management Board of Asseco International. He is the Member of the Supervisory Board of DahliaMatic, Aquapark Sopot and Asseco Solutions companies. He serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of GSTN Consulting.

He graduated from Jagiellonian University, the faculty of European Studies and specialization of EU legal systems, where he received his Master’s degree in 2009. Since 2006 worked in the international environment, for the Neue Westfälische NW in Germany and the UK-based Alexander Mann Solutions AMS among others. With Asseco from 2010, starting as an International Sales Coordination Manager working his way up the career ladder to the position of Team Leader and Director of the Capital Group Development Division.
In 2013, at the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow, he did his postgraduate studies, receiving an ICI Coach and NLP Practitioner Certificate.
Since September 2018, he has held the position of Supervisory Board Member in the Asseco Solutions companies in Germany, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. He was also a Strategic Committee Member in the Spanish-based Asseco subsidiary Tecsisa.
With the Board of Asseco Enterprise Solutions (AES) since 2020, overseeing from a holding level four international entities, developing ERP and SFA systems. Since the beginning of 2022 responsible also for establishing a new entity within the AES structure - Asseco Solutions PL, taking the role of the Chief Executive Officer there.
Privately a husband, a father of two boys, and a co-owner of Zara, golden-retriever family companion. In free time doing all kinds of sport activities.

A graduate of High School of Arts in Nałęczów. He completed the Management 2000, a management skills program at the Canadian International Management Institute.
Between 1988 and 1990, he ran a business. In the period from 1992 to 1993, he was the Managing Director of Edmar company, and between 1993 and 1994, the Managing Director of Sewo-Bau. From 1991 to 2008, he was a partner and director in Anica System. In 1995 he was appointed President of the Management Board of Anica System responsible for the province of strategic management. On 9 October 2008, he was nominated Vice-President of the Management Board of Asseco Business Solutions. On 2 July 2012, nominated President of the Management Board of this Company

Graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Technical University of Lublin. In the years 1996-1997, he pursued a postgraduate program, Diploma in Management, run by the University of Central Lancashire (UK). In 1999 he completed Master of Business Administration studies at the University of Central Lancashire.
In 1992 he became an instructor in the Department of Computer Science, Technical University of Lublin. In 1993 he joined Anica System as sales director. Nominated to the position of Vice-President of Anica System in 1995 and was responsible for the implementation of product policy and trade strategy. On 9 October 2008 he was appointed Vice-President of the Management Board of Asseco Business Solutions and has remained in this position to date.

Graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Technical University of Lublin. In the years 1995-1996, he completed the ACCA program (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and was awarded an international diploma in Accounting and Finance (No. 166). In the years 1999-2000, he completed the Postgraduate School of Finance program at Warsaw School of Economics.
His professional career began in 1990 when he started a business. Next, between 1997 and 2008, he was the finance director of Anica System. Since 17 October 2008, he has been the CFO of Asseco Business Solutions. From 6 November 2008 to 24 June 2009, he served as commercial proxy of Asseco Business Solutions. On 24 June 2009, he was appointed Member of the Management Board of Asseco Business Solutions and has remained in this position to date.

A graduate of the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics, Warsaw University of technology. She majored in Applied Computer Science. In 2004, Mrs Łukasik completed a Postgraduate Programme in Financial and Management Accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2017, she earned an MBA at Kozminski University. She started her professional career in 1995 as an ERP Systems Consultant at MacroSoft Sp. z o.o. After 2001, she was the Head of Finance and from 2007 Software Director at Macrologic S.A. In the years 2012-2017, she sat on the Management Board of Macrologic S.A. She was responsible for development of ERP systems and BI solutions, as well as supervising the HR division at Macrologic S.A. In 2018, she joined Asseco Business Solutions as the ERP Development Director.

A graduate of High School No. 9 in Lublin. Between 1992 and 1994, he ran a business covering the development and implementation of software for municipal administration units. In the years 1996-1998, he was employed at Eldorado S.A. where he led a team responsible for designing and implementing software for managing large-area retail stores. Next, he joined Safo Sp. z o.o. where between 1998 and 2007 he held several managerial positions. He was in charge of the sale and implementation of retail and logistics systems for the company’s key accounts. After 2007, he was employed as a Department Director at Asseco Business Solutions S.A. to manage the sale and implementation of Safo-branded systems. Since 2012, he has been the Director of the Sales and Implementation Department of Assesco BB ERP. He leads the sales and implementation effort related to ERP systems: Softlab, Safo, and Koma.

A graduate of the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology in Warsaw. In 2000 and 2001, he completed a post-graduate programme in Management and Marketing at the University of Management and Marketing in Warsaw. Between 2006 and 2007, he completed a post-graduate course in Software Engineering Methods and Tools at the Warsaw University of Technology. Between 1998 and 2006, he was a programmer at the Centre for Information Technology and Communications of the National Defence. In the years 2007-2008, he joined the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications of the Ministry of National Defence. Director of Asseco WAPRO ERP since 2010. He is a co-designed of WAPRO Mag, a software solution for sales and warehouse management which is in great demand among SMEs.

Since 2000, this ERP specialist has held various management positions within the organization and spent his time developing all aspects of the ERP provider strategy. Since June 2010, Haller has been chairman of Asseco Solutions AG and, in this role, has been responsible for the entire ERP business area of the Asseco Group in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. As head of the C-level management, he consistently promotes the development of the organization as well as the product and its ongoing growth course through visionary ideas and goals. A native Austrian, Haller likes to spend his leisure time with his family and snowboarding.

As Chief Financial Officer, Sascha Wellershoff is responsible for the entire financial area of Asseco Solutions with the accounting, controlling and legal departments. He has many years of professional experience in management functions in the international and sales-oriented environment of IT service providers, telecommunications providers and financial service providers. Before joining Asseco Solutions, he was responsible for the operational management of all corporate processes at the security provider Virtual Solution AG. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer at the international communications specialist Retarus for almost six years. Other positions in his career include management positions at Telefónica Germany and the Allianz Group. In his free time, the business graduate enjoys Taekwon-Do or Crossfit or reading American literature.

After completing his studies as an industrial engineer, Ralf Bachthaler began his professional career of over 20 years as a consultant and project manager in the ERP world. He then switched to sales, where he very quickly progressed to management functions at Rembold und Holzer as well as Brain. Following the acquisition by Infor, he was responsible among other things for the Group’s entire new customer business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Most recently, as a member of the European Management Team and Vice President of Global Accounts, Ralf Bachthaler managed Infor’s key account business in Europe. He assumed full responsibility for sales at Asseco Solutions as Chief Sales Officer on 1st April 2018. In this role he is primarily responsible for the further growth and expansion of market shares. A passionate skier, mountaineer and mountain biker, he enjoys spending his free time in the mountains or travelling abroad with his family.

He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, Faculty of International Relations, having majored in Foreign Trade. Already prior to his graduation, he was active in marketing at LCS International, where he gradually established a full-fledged marketing team. In 2000, he also led the negotiation team during the acquisition of the company Softprofes, s.r.o. In the following years he was appointed Marketing Director and later Director of the Finance Division. At the same time, he became the Member of the Board of Directors at LCS. After its integration into the multinational Asseco group, this company changed its name to Asseco Solutions.

He graduated of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics in Prague.
With Asseco Solutions since 2000. He joined the company as an analyst in the Marketing Department. In mid-2005, he received the economist degree and since 2009 he become a Head of the Economics Department of Asseco Solutions. Shortly thereafter, he was appointed as CFO and COO and became a member of the Board of Directors of Asseco Solutions in 2021.

He graduated from the University of Business in Ostrava, the Economics and Management.
With Asseco from 2003.

Until 2006 he was the Director of the Asseco Solutions branch in Brno. In 2007 he was appointed as Managing Director of the subsidiary in Slovakia. Until 2014, he simultaneously held the position of Commercial Director for the medium and small business segment, after which he managed the Commercial stream for this same segment until 2017.

In 2017 he became the legal proxy of Asseco Solutions and a member of the expanded International Board of Directors. Since 2018 he held the position of member of the Board of Directors responsible for Sales, Delivery and Business Development.

Renáta Rybanská graduated from the Department of Fine Arts at the Faculty of Humanities and also from the Department of Informatics at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. In her working career she has held senior positions at several IT companies in Slovakia and abroad, focusing on the development of software solutions. In 2018 she joined Asseco Solutions, one of the leading software companies in Slovakia, as an International Technical Architect. Three years later, she took over as Development, Product & IT Director and also became a member of the Management. August 1st, 2022, she has held the top management position in the company as Chief Executive Officer.
